WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A LOWER BODY LIFT PROCEDURE?
You will receive your lower body lift under general anesthesia at our AAAASF surgery center in Palo Alto. Dr. Boudreault will perform the full procedure, removing excess fat and skin from the back, buttocks, thighs and whatever other areas have been discussed in consultation. The entire process normally takes four to six hours, but this will largely depend on the number of areas lifted and the amount of fat and skin removal required. If you are having upper body lift procedures performed at the same time, this will increase the amount of time for the procedure.
HOW LONG IS RECOVERY TIME?
You should plan for two to four weeks to recover from the procedure. Remember that a number of areas are being treated, so the amount of time it takes to recover may vary for different parts of your lower body. If your surgery takes five hours or more, you will definitely have to have postoperative care. Solos Concierge Nursing Overnight Care is a perfect option for your postoperative treatment, as their highly trained nurses will know just what you need in order to ease your recovery process.
WHAT DOES A LOWER BODY LIFT TREAT?
This procedure treats the unsightly appearance of excess skin all throughout your lower body, including the abdomen, back, buttocks, hips, and thighs. If you are looking for a higher and better level of toning and a streamlined lower body that normal diet and exercise have not allowed you to achieve, a lower body lift may be just the solution that you have been looking for. It can enhance your profile and your overall appearance and improve your self-image and confidence.
HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
The effects of the procedure happen immediately following the procedure. However, you may not be able to see all the results right away because you will be heavily bandaged and possibly wearing compression garments. As you heal, the great results and the look of your new, more streamlined body will become more and more apparent. Once any swelling has faded you should notice a dramatic difference in your overall appearance, and you should expect others to comment positively as well.
HOW MUCH DOES A LOWER BODY LIFT COST?
Since a lower body lift is really a combination of procedures, the average cost will vary, but usually be around $12,000 to $16,000 altogether. If it is inconvenient for you to pay this entire sum at one time, we are happy to offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. Many of our patients like to use services we recommend such as Alphaeon and CareCredit for easy installment paying of their lower body lift treatment. Many of our patients will choose to apply for credit cards with longer terms at 0% interest, so you can enjoy your results soon without the immediate financial burden upfront.
